Wedding planning can get stressful, we get it. Miss To Mrs Box is your monthly companion for the wedding planning journey.

Each Miss To Mrs Box has a different theme that was created to make specific stage of wedding planning easier and more fun! Our team created 8 uniquely themed boxes, filled with products you can use before your wedding day, on your wedding day and even AFTER!

For example the "Let's Plan This" themed box has engagement ring wipes kit to keep that rock sparkly, fun items like a "Bride-To-Be" Tumbler, bridal stationery, and more.

In each box, discover & enjoy 7-8 full-size beautiful wedding themed gifts, planning tools, apparel, decor ideas, wedding accessories, bachelorette party / bridal shower essentials, wedding day essentials and lots more.
The main option to choose is how many different themed boxes you'd like to receive before your wedding.

If your wedding is more than 8 months away, you can enjoy all 8 of our unique themes, once per month or every 2 months. If your wedding is sooner, you can subscribe for shorter duration and still get monthly boxes, OR you can request for accelerated shipping to have multiple boxes shipped per month (just email us).

All plans offer convenient monthly payments or or you can pay for all boxes upfront. All plans also automatically terminate at the end so you don't need to worry about cancellations.

Miss To Mrs Box is different than any other subscription box. Instead of random items each month, each Miss To Mrs Box has 7-8 items that follow a specific theme that relates to a stage of wedding planning.

Specific box contents are a surprise, but rest assured the most popular items as rated by brides are included, and we constantly add new and exciting products.

Over 80% of our subscribers said they either used, or will use, ALL the products they received! Many said they got products they would not have even thought of, and it helps them with the planning, makes it less stressful and 1000% more fun!

For example, "Let's Plan This" Theme Box has 7-8 fun and popular items that are great at any stage of wedding planning. Past items included: "Bride-To-Be" Tumbler, 18K Gold Plated Diamond Shape Necklace, engagement ring care kit, planning notebook, ring dish, day-of wedding cards, cake topper, chair signs, and more.

At this time we have up 8 themes that relate to stages of wedding planning, like "Wedding Day Essentials", "It's Party Time", "Maximum Romance, "Honeymooners", and more.

If you just found us and your wedding is less than 8 month away, no problem, we can ship 2 or even 3 boxes per month to ensure you can enjoy the full experience and get all the amazing products. Just let our 24/7 Customer Service Team know and we'll take care of your specific needs!

We are not a beauty box, you will not get 4 candles, we include some of the most sought after bridal must-haves, beautifully curated and delivered monthly to your door.
Your first box will ship in 10-14 days after you subscribe!

For US and Canada, we'll automatically send you an email with tracking information when the box is with the carrier. You should expect to get your box in 2-5 business days from when you receive tracking information.

For rest of the world, you will get your tracking once we print the label, but the box will still ship with all packages in 10-14 days after you place the order. It will take a little longer to arrive depending on your country.

All renewals will ship around same time each month as your first box, so you should receive them around same time each month as well.
Absolutely! We want all brides to enjoy the full Miss To Mrs experience. If you wedding is in 3 months but you want all 8 themed boxes, we are able to ship up to 3 boxes per month! Just email our Customer Service Team after subscribing: subscriptions@misstomrsbox.com
Payments happen monthly, on the same day as your original subscription.

For example, if you subscribed on January 5th, the payment on February 5th will be towards your 2nd box.

If you would like to move the payment date to another date, we'd be happy to do that. Just email us subscriptions@misstomrsbox.com
Yes! Take advantage of discounted packages when you are ready to commit. You can upgrade from Month-to-Month plan to a 3, 6 or 8 month plans any time. The sooner you upgrade the sooner you will have discounted price! Just email us subscriptions@misstomrsbox.com
If you want to maximize your subscription but are worried that your last box will be after the wedding - stop worrying! We are happy to accommodate your situation!

There are 2 options:
Option 1: We can ship multiple boxes per month! Just ask our Customer Service Team.

Option 2: We can adjust your subscription duration to be 2, 4, 5 or 7 month (but most brides go for Option 1)

Month-To-Month plan will renew monthly until its either cancelled or automatically after 8 boxes have shipped.

If you are subscribed for a 3, 6 or 8 month plans, you subscription will automatically terminate after last shipment.

Month-To-Month subscription is billed monthly up to 8 month, but can be cancelled any time offering a way to try us out before upgrading to a longer term plan.

3, 6 and 8 month subscriptions offer you a lower monthly rate in exchange for longer commitment. These options can also be cancelled any time before the next box ships. However, there will be a price adjustment fee equal to the plan price difference of a Month-To-Month plan as well as any special discount codes. The adjustment fee will apply for all months already received.

For all cancellations you must let us know at least 48hrs before your renewal payment so that we can process the cancellation. If you have already been billed for the next box, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle.

Month-to-Month subscriptions can be canceled at any time by emailing subscriptions@misstomrsbox.com, and will ensure that no more renewals are processed. We do not issue refunds on renewals that were already processed if you did not notify us ahead of time.

If you are on a 3, 6 or 8 month there is no need to cancel as your plan will not automatically renew. You’ll receive all of the boxes you paid for until the end of your subscription term.

The plan price adjustment fee will apply for all months already received. So for example if you received 3 boxes of an 8 month plan and used one of discount code for $10 off, you will be charged $4.95 * 3 + $10 = $24.85 plan adjustment fee.

Please note: There are no refunds on prepaid subscriptions after the second box is shipped.
Please specify your sizes on the checkout page when subscribing.

While at this time we only include clothing items that are "one-size fits most", we will use your sizes should your box have something more tailored.

If something is completely off, rest assured we will make it right. We have larger/smaller sizes just in case & can send them to you free of charge in your next box.
Absolutely! We carefully curate the content of the boxes and do not include any MR/MRS specific items.

USA shipping is from our USA warehouse by USPS with Tracking $6.95 USD to any state.
Canada Post Shipping from our Canada warehouse is $6.95 USD to any province.

United Kingdom - Tracked is $9.99 USD.

International - Tracked is $12.99 USD to the following countries:

International - Semi-Tracked is $14.99 USD to the rest of the countries not listed above.
Miss To Mrs is not responsible for any charges from banks or credit cards. Our system will automatically re-try for a few days to process the payment. Your subscription will be terminated if we are unable to process renewal payment.
Once you subscribe your account is immediately charged the first month's payment. If you need to cancel because you have changed your mind and wish to be refunded you must email us at subscriptions@misstomrsbox.com us within 24 hours. After that your order may be already sent to the warehouse for processing and we would only be able to cancel your next month box.
Returns are not allowed. You can cancel your next subscription per the policy above.

Missing, damaged or defective items are covered by our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
In a rare instance where your tracking number hasn't updated for over 5 business days, please email subscriptions@misstomrsbox.com and we will investigate. Rest assured that if your package is lost by USPS, we will re-send your box for free.

If your tracking number shows that your box was delivered but you cannot find it, here are some tips that help find the box in most situations:
1. Call your local Post Office. Either they tried to deliver the box and the notice slip flew away or they are holding the box at the post office. Majority of the time they are able to locate it!
2. Check with other residents of the household. Often someone else picks up the box and forgets to tell you.
3. Ask your neighbours, if the mailman made a mistake its likely at the house nearby.

We will help however we can, but please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after tracking shows as delivered.

NOTE: we can't call USPS on your behalf, the recipient must be the one calling to initiate a search or schedule re-delivery. These are not our rules, its USPS's.

We want to make sure your Miss To Mrs Box experience is perfect! We get it, things happen that are outside of our control, but we guarantee that we will work with you to make it right!

If an item is missing from your box, or an item is broken or defective, or something doesn't fit, we will send you replacement in your next box free of charge!

Email our 24/7 Customer Service Team subscriptions@misstomrsbox.com within 30 days of receiving your box (we require photos of broken items), and rest assured we will make it right!
