Miss To Mrs Bridal Box Subscription is a service that delivers themed boxes of trendiest bridal goodies & planning help throughout your wedding planning journey!

Each Miss To Mrs Bridal Box has a different theme that was created to make a specific stage of wedding planning more exciting! Our team created 9 uniquely themed boxes, filled with products you can use before your wedding day, on your wedding day and many even AFTER!

Your plan will be customized to your wedding date!

For example, if your wedding is 9 months away, you will get boxes monthly.
However if your wedding is 12+ months away we have options for every 2 month and every 3 month deliveries.

Your plan might also accelerate as you get closer to your date to ensure you get all the themes. So if you started with every 3 month, the plan will accelerate to every 2 month and then monthly closer to your date.

If you found us late and your wedding is less than 9 month away, your plan will adjust to either monthly, or we have options for accelerated bi-weekly deliveries.

At this time we have 9 unique Themes like "Let's Plan This", "Ultimate Bridal Swag", "It's Party Time", "Wedding Day Essentials", "Honeymooners", and more.

Specific contents of each Themed Box is a surprise! Rest assured, our team is constantly working on keeping them up to date and on trend.

    When Should I Start My Subscription?
    Most brides-to-be start their bridal box subscription as soon as they get engaged!

    Since Miss To Mrs Box plans are customized to your wedding date, brides get to enjoy all 9 unique themes carefully spread throughout the wedding planning journey.

    If your wedding is far out, you may start with a plan that sends boxes every 3 month, then closer to the date it will automatically switch to every 2 month, and then monthly to make sure you get the full experience in time for your big day!

    However, if you start with just a few months till you wedding, you'll automatically start with a bride box theme that is more relevant to later stages of planning.
    When Will My First Box Ship & From Where?
    We know you are super excited to get your first box, that's why our first box ships super fast! Typically you'll receive a tracking number in just 2 business days (US/Canada only).

    For USA orders, boxes ship from our NY, USA location.
    For Canada orders, boxes ship from our ON, Canada location, so there are no duties.
    For Global orders, boxes ship from our NY, USA location, and duties are very rare.
    How Much Is Shipping? Do You Ship Worldwide?
    YES! We ship Worldwide at preferred rates!

    USA shipping is from our USA warehouse by USPS with Tracking $6.95 USD to any state.
    Canada Post Shipping from our Canada warehouse is $6.95 USD to any province.

    United Kingdom - Tracked is $9.99 USD, no duties/VAT.

    International - Tracked is $12.99 USD to the following countries:

    Our checkout now has options for Accelerated deliveries and you can get boxes every 2 weeks. Or you can email us (support@misstomrsbox.com) and we can arrange for weekly shipments.

    A limited number of themes are available for a one-time purchase at the full price of $45 USD + shipping.

    Absolutely! We carefully curate the content of the boxes and do not include any MR / MRS specific items.
    What Is You Cancellation Policy?
    We really hope that you don't need to cancel and we promise to work with you to make you happy, however we understand things happen.

    Our multi-box plans are discounted vs one-time boxes in exchange for your plan commitment. If you absolutely have to cancel, there will be a $20 USD plan cancellation fee.

    We offer everyone an option to pause your subscription for up to 3 months without needing to cancel.

    If you would like to move the payment date to another date, we'd be happy to do that.

    For all cancellations you must let us know at least 48hrs before your box payment so that we can process the cancellation. If you have already been billed for the next box, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle and we can not issue a refund as your box has been sent for processing.

    Already have a Miss To Mrs Box subscription with us? This section covers all the FAQs for our lovely subscribers.
    How Do I See My Subscription Or Update Billing Or Shipping Address?
    If you need to change your Billing Address, please click My Account link on our main page / menu. Use the same email you used to subscribe and you will be able to change the billing address in our portal.

    NOTE: If you're changing your Billing Address it will NOT update your Shipping Address.

    You can change the Shipping Address by contacting our support team directly (Live chat, or support@misstomrsbox.com)
    Will My Subscription Automatically Renew?
    No, if you subscribed for a 9 BOX plan, your subscription will not renew automatically after you have received all your boxes.
    When Is My Next Payment?
    Payments happen depending on delivery frequency.

    For monthly plans, if you subscribed on January 5th, the next payment will be on February 5th will be towards your 2nd box.

    For Accelerated (2 boxes / month), payments are processed every 15 days.

    For Bi-Monthly (1 box every 2 month), payments are processed every 2 month on the same day of the month.

    What If My Account Has Insufficient Funds When I Am Re-Billed?
    Our system will automatically retry for up to 30 days to process the payment in case it is declined. We will not ship your box until payment is successful.

    We are not responsible for any charges from banks or credit card companies that may result due to failed payment attempts or overdraft fees.

    If you would like to move the payment date to another date, we'd be happy to do that.

    Tracking Is Not Updating, Or Shows As Delivered - What Can I Do?
    In a rare instance, if no updates have been posted for over 20 days (30 days for international shipments), we will re-send your box for free.

    If your tracking number shows that your box was delivered but you cannot find it, here are some tips that help find the box in most situations:
    1. Call your local Post Office. Either they tried to deliver the box and the notice slip flew away or they are holding the box at the post office. Majority of the time they are able to locate it!
    2. Check with other residents of the household. Often someone else picks up the box and forgets to tell you.
    3. Ask your neighbours, if the mailman made a mistake its likely at the house nearby.

    We will help however we can, but please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after tracking shows as delivered.

    NOTE: we can't call USPS/CanadaPost on your behalf, the recipient must be the one calling to initiate a search or schedule re-delivery. These are not our rules, they are set by mail carriers.

    Automatic Delivery Frequency Update
    Our platform customizes the delivery frequency according to the wedding date that you entered at checkout.

    The frequency may change from every-three or every-two month to monthly as you get closer to your wedding date to make sure that you will get all the boxes in your plan on time.
    What Is You Returns Policy?
    Returns are not allowed. You can cancel your next subscription per the Cancellation Policy above.

    Missing, damaged or defective items are covered by our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
    I Have A Missing, Broken, Defective Item Or Was Sent Wrong Size
    We have strict quality control, but get it that sometimes things happen outside of our control. We promise to work with you to make things right.

    If an item is missing from your box, or an item is broken or defective, or the size you received is not the size you specified, we will send you replacement free of charge!
