Miss To Mrs Bridal Subscription Box is a service that curates a monthly box for brides with 6-8 popular wedding themed items. The box is delivered to the brides' doorstep, up to the number of months of the subscription.
We currently offer 4 subscription options, with longer durations offering substantial savings in price in exchange for commitment. There is no difference in the content of the boxes you receive, the only difference is in the monthly payments. Month-To-Month Subscription is billed monthly up to 8 month, but can be cancelled any time offering a way to try us out before upgrading. 3, 6 and 8 month subscriptions can't be cancelled and offer you a lower monthly rate in exchange for longer commitment. Most of our brides get the 6 or 8-month option and save up to $40 when compared to Month-to-Month price. 3, 6, 8 month options do not automatically renew after their term, the Month-to-Month option will also automatically terminate after 8 months. If you want to maximize your subscription but are worried that your last box will be after the wedding - stop worrying! We are happy to accommodate your situation! If you need 4 or 5 months, subscribe for our 6 month plan to get better rate than 3 month. If you need 7 months, subscribe for our 8 month plan to get better rate than 6 month. Each of the boxes follows a theme and our team develops and hand picks 6-8 beautiful items for each box. As an example, "Let’s Plan This!" themed box is great for any stage of your wedding journey. It has fun keepsake items like 18K gold plated necklace, and other items that can be used for bachelorette party or for wedding day decor. We survey brides and switch items to make our boxes even more amazing while delivering excellent value to our subscribers, so future boxes will only get better!
Boxes are shipped monthly, up to the 10th of next month from when you ordered. What this means is that if you order between May 1st 12:00:00am EST and May 31st 11:59:59 EST, your first box will ship before June 10th, or sooner. You should expect to get your box in 5 to 7 business days from when you receive tracking information for US and Canada. International orders are coming in early 2018! Payments happen monthly, on the same day as your original subscription. For example, if you subscribed on January 5th, your first box will be shipped before February 10th. The payment on February 5th will be towards your March box. If you subscribed before the 10th of the month and expecting your first box, the payment will take place before you get the first box. Not to worry, if you are in a Month-to-Month plan you will have till end of the current month to cancel your renewal and get full refund. If you would like to move the payment date to another date, we'd be happy to do that. Just email us email@example.com!
Yes! Take advantage of discounted packages when you are ready to commit. You can upgrade from Month-to-Month plan to a 3, 6 or 8 month plans after you get your first box, but not later.

No. All our subscriptions automatically terminate after their duration. You do not need to do anything. If you are subscribed for a 3, 6 or 8 month plans, you subscription will automatically terminate after last shipment. The Month-To-Month subscription will automatically end after 8th month as well. The Month-To-Month subscription can be cancelled any time before your next renewal. To cancel please email: email@example.com The 3, 6 and 8 month discounted packages offer you lower rate in exchange for longer commitment.
Month-to-month subscriptions can be canceled at any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have already been billed for this month’s box, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle. If you are subscribed for a 3, 6 or 8 month plans, you get a lower monthly price in exchange for commitment, and can not cancel early. Your subscription will automatically terminate after last payment. The Month-To-Month subscription will automatically end after 8th month as well.
At this time we only include clothing items that are one-size. For example our bridal kimono robe is one size that will fit S-XL sizes. If something is completely off, please email us and we will try to work with you to make it right. When we will offer more customized size items, we will send out an email to collect additional size information.

Miss To Mrs is not responsible for any charges from banks or credit cards. Our system will automatically re-try for a few days to process the payment. Your subscription will be automatically terminated if we are unable to process renewal payment.
Once you subscribe your account is immediately charged the first month's payment. If you need to cancel because you have changed your mind and wish to be refunded you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 5 days before month end (so we have time to process your request before next shipment is prepared) and request a refund.
Returns are not allowed. You can cancel your next subscription per the policy above. Damaged or defective items can be exchanged only after providing photos and detail description of the issue by emailing email@example.com. You must notify us within 2 days of receiving your box. Replacement items will be shipped in your next month's box, or by mail if its your last box. Our packing team has strict quality control, so missing items are extremely unlikely. In the case it does happen, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving the box by email firstname.lastname@example.org. Replacement items will be shipped in your next box.
